u4coffee - May 19, 2008 02:32 PM (GMT)
Four-time world champion Sebastien Loeb of France won the event, collecting 10 points and is now just three points off the lead.

Loeb’s victory, the 40th of his career, was secured by just 10.4 seconds over Hirvonen.

The Citroen driver beat home Ford Focus pilot Mikko Hirvonen of Finland while another Finn Jari-Matti Latvala was third in a Ford Focus.

Loeb, who was winning along with co-pilot Daniel Elena his third Rally of Sardinia, had been ahead since the second special stage in a gripping contest.

“It’s been a difficult rally but we’re here! “ said Loeb. “I’ve had to push all the way for this result, but it was important for me to get good points here.

Sorry to say but totally lost interest in the WRC now.

Alot needs to change as i just can not be bothered with the new silly laws and raw talent not able to drive these expensive cars.
