I get very little face to face with F1 fans down here in New Orleans, we are few and far between. So I've joined your group. I saw the plug on BBC by Saint. Be gentle.

I myself am in Kansas but will probably be moving to N. Florida soon. We have other people from America here too, Including Rob - who is in AL.
We welcome all fans of all teams, and welcome any views, as long as no one gets personnal.
So who do you support? I hope Ferrari as I think we need more of them to keep the balance right here.

Saint, I am a fan of all things technical. I love the cars first, the teams second, and the drivers last. Ferrari, McL 05, and Benneton (oops, Renault) have had my attention. For teams, I like the u'dogs, so I'm hoping for a Williams resurgence. And, I wonder if Newey and RBR can find the old Newey magic. He was the fastest man in F1. Drivers, I hope Massa beats Kimi, Wurtz beats Nico, Speed beats Luzzi, and Weber and Coulthard beat somebody.

However, give me ONE good reason why we should be gentle with you. If you can live in New Orleans during Katrina (which I presume is where you got your nick from?), you can easily survive here! roflmao

Well, one good reason, let's see... How about -- I'm a USA southerner, and it's well know here in the states that we're quite thick (perform mental tasks a levels far below accepted norns). Duh!

Yes, we are trying to bring in new members.
The Saint has the right idea - just a few posts here and there including a link to this board is sufficient.
What we DO NOT want is members spamming other boards with links to us, as this could end up in us being closed down, which would be defeating the object somewhat.
If anyone thinks they can get new members to join us without spamming other boards or hijacking other boards' members, then that is fine.
If in doubt, don't do it until you have checked with an Admin or a Mod that what you are thinking of is ethical.

We may be a bit thick in Arkansas but CNN Money says that there are 40,756 millionaires in Arkansas. That works out to 22.8 per 1000 residents. I think the Saint just doesn't like the roads.

I'll do it. My Grandfather loved Hot Springs. He owned a furniture store and often went to Fort Smith and often relaxed in Hot Springs en route.
