Well I got the maps from the official CC site. Although I put them all together in this graphic several month ago, I am fairly sure they are accurate!
Phoenix looks absolutely diabolical, It kind of reminds me of the USGP at Detroit in the 80’s!

Champ Car website says that the date is to be determined. FIA says that the fall date is too close to the F1 race.
