If this law goes through, it will be as strictly adhered to as the pathetic anti-hunting bill, ie, not in the slightest. Just like that one, there's no way that it could possibly be enforced properly, so the chances of it being applied to any given individual are so remote as to be ignored. More wasted paper!!

Oh, and by the way, Rossi would *almost* get away with it. All of his bikes for a very long time have carried fake insurance and tax stickers on the screen as required by Italian law, his crew chief usually being the name of the registrar or whatever it is....
