Who deserves credit for their drives.

My top five for today:

Felipe Massa - Super race, unchallenged at the front really but did well not to throw it away like we've seen him do before. Outclassed his teammate today, which is a decent achievement for him.

Nick Heidfeld - We saw a bit more of Nick today, particularly with that move on Alonso followed by a great job holding him off.

David Coulthard - A phenomenal drive from the back of the grid, such a shame that the car couldn't stay in one piece.

Mark Webber - Another good drive from Webber; usually, he goes backwards in the races but he was truly on it today. Again, a shame he didn't make it to the end.

Anthony Davidson - A brilliant weekend for Ant, mixing it with the midfield and thoroughly outpacing his teammate. Unfortunate with the engine issues - I think Nick Fry must have had a "Game Over" button on the pit wall.

Massa-great drive under pressure. Couldn't be happier for him.

Hamilton-blew Alonso away and pushed Massa all the way.

Coulthard-fantastic overtaking before retirement. My Driver of the Day.

Trulli-solid points finish in the Toyota, outperformed Ralf well enough.

Heidfeld-beat Alonso in inferior car. Top rate drive.

Heidfeld... predictable from me maybe but deserved taking double WDC Alonso round the outside...

DC... from the back of the grid... life in the old dog yet.

Hamilton... for coping with the ever increacing pressure on him and looking more like Mclarens No.1 today than Alonso

Massa - great win

Hamilton - great drive to 2nd place

Heidfeld - when will he get the credit he deserves? He is an excellent driver and thrashed Kubica

Coulthard - why can't he race like that every time?

Also Rosberg deserves a brief mention for his escapades...poor finishing position but kept us entertained.

DC-where the hell did that come from? shame the car broke but it was so nice to see him pull off so many overtaking manouvres, on Trulli,Wurz,Fisichella,Webber(sort of) Davidson and Sato. Driver of the day

Hamilton-Mclarens stupid strategy cost him the in i feel

Heidfeld-Superb he really drove faultlessly and his move on Alonso was one of the best i have seen

Massa-He won the gp and was quicker than Kimi

Trulli-7th was the best possible

DC has to be the driver of the race. He proved that he still has it.

Great showings from Heidfeld, Hamilton and Massa as well. Massa really deserved his win, Hamilton did well to come back from a poor mid race stint, a solid showing from Heidfeld showing the strides in performance he and BMW have made over the winter.
