Currently we own four squares on the top of Kev's race car. that was £100's worth. Which is good. But....
After in depth, deep, hard fought negotiations (well Kev made us an offer) if we can raise ANOTHER £100, not that much, then we wont get another four squares, in fact we'll lose the four we have. BUT, we will get www.the-pit-lane.co.uk written on the rear bumper and probably the leading edge of the bonnet as well.

If you wish to donate a fiver, which isnt really that much, then you click the link and donate through your debit or credit card. YOU do NOT need a paypal account, and i must reitterate that paypal is, as far as i'm aware, 100% safe. If you are unsure i would suggest you read through all the security literature on safety and security they provide. It is trusted by ebay and other major internet companys.

its kev's car. he's racing 205's next year.

The car is owned and driven by Paul Gardner (who is a member of this forum under the name Help_me_im_confused). I look after all the sponsorship/merchandising and generally everything which isn't racing for the team. Which is called 4-10 motorsport.

Sorry I've been very inactive for a very long time. Busy with uni and trying to make the car actually work!

1st I want to just say thanks to everyone who has helped us with the cause so far. It is very much appreciated, and the results of it will be visable within the coming months. <thumbsup>

I (Paul) own the 205 and have done the majority of the work on it. I will also be doing the majority if not all the driving. Kev is doin website stuff n searching out sponsors, for which I am very grateful, although I hav a few leads of my own...namely Dominos pizza!

Our aim as a team is to enter the 750MC Stock Hatch series in 2008, and compete as best we can. As this will be our first season we will be eligable for the best novice award, something that, with a well prepped car and a spot of luck, shouldn't be beyond us.

As far as the car is concerned, there is not too much left to be done. By the end of july, all being well, it should have a new engine and a roll cage. I'm sure that even if I forget, Kev will keep you all up to date on things as they happen.

Slowly - we haven't had any new offers since the forum bought its squares. a couple of companies have shown interest, but then disappeared...

I have updated the website to use the new google checkouts system, which has temporarily suspended reciving donations. I'll get on with sorting out that soon. ish.

and if anyone knows someone who might like a 15 cm square ad spot on the roof of the car, or multiples thereof, let us know. or something bigger of course!
