Could Raphael Matos be the next Brazilian driver to make it big

Matos who is from Belo Horizonte is currently making major news in the Champ Car Atlantic series after winning the first 3 races of the season

He made his debut in Atlantics last season and was impressive straight away, winning a race and finishing 4th in the championship

In addition to this he also entered 4 Indy Pro Series races last season and totally destroyed the field at St Pete easily winning both races in a car that was unfamiler to him

I'll be keeping an eye on Matos from now and it should be a name that you all should remember

I predict big things

Didn't he do some A1 races and did nothing in them though?

so have many drivers who have had previous sucess!

Just an update on this

Some idiot from another site was accusing me of only getting excited about Matos in the recent light of the news of him dumping champ car to move over to the superior Indy Pro Series

As you can see, I posted this topic back in JULY and hailed Matos as the next big thing

I guess I will be proved correct
