Title: ITV-F1 crew

People seem to enjoy their spot of ITV bashing at every single race weekend so lets turn the topic on its head and ask ourselves who we like the most out of the ITV F1 crew.

For me it is definitely Martin Brundle, delivers great insight and analysis and is F1 insight features during the pre-show are always well worth watching.

He couldn't be the main commentator though, he is brilliant at playing the support act which worked so brilliantly with Murray but sadly it doesn't work as well with JA but that is JA's fault rather than Martin's fault, he needs a better guy to play the supporting role to.

After that I would probably go for Ted Kravitz, I enjoy his notebooks features after weekends and I rate him at a good pit lane reporter who can keep us up to date during dramatic situations in the race and isn't afraid to get stuck down in the garages to ask whats going on.

He isn't a great interviewer though but during the race he doesn't tend to do that so its ok.

I would go for Brundle as well. The advantage he has over Mark Blundell is 97 more grand prix and seems to be alot more technical than Mark. He is also far better at spotting incidents on-track than James 'I want to be Murray' Allen. Steve Rider is doing a better job than Grim 'Count Von Count' Rosenthal was, but seems to be too biased towards British drivers compared with Martin

As for the pit lane duo, I prefer Ted Kravitz over James Allen in the pits as he seems to explain things alot better to the public. And Louise Goodman isn't bad at interviews but I think she isn't as higher as calibre as Brundle

It would be nice if it was Martin alongside Steve in the pre-show, it would work better than Steve and Mark but Mark is poor in the commentary on the few occassions he has done it so best to stick to it the way it is I think.

I think in the pre-race show it would work better if there was 3 of them like it was when Tony Jardine was there, I think ITV are missing him, he was very knowledgeable and came across with very good views, he was a very good speaker.

Brundle. He has a good knowledge and an acid tongue. Blundell is knowlegeable but can't even speak proper English like what Brundle can. Allen is an ignoramus who worships Buttock and Hamilton, and the rest are just crappy ne'er do wells....

Brundle is the only one of the animals who has any credibility remaining. The rest should be lined up and shot.
