Renault - they have made a great step forward even though the expected challenge to BMW never really materialised. It's a shame Kovalainen had those problems on the first lap, or both cars could have had good results today.

Ferrari - have made a big stride and now appear to have the faster car.

Shame there is not a 'loser of the race', because I would have awarded it to whoever thought out strategy for Mclaren this weekend.

Ferrari and BMW. No other team had as good a day, although Fisi does deserve a pat on the back, good driving from him.

Ferrari almost had the perfect weekend,

Pole and 3rd, 1st and 2nd in race... fastest lap... so Job done...

BMW achieved their highest points finish score since they started racing as BMW.Sauber so as a team goal this season job done...

Have to disagree, with their budget and where they were last year, that should not have been their first point of the year.

I would hope not. I'd have to wonder about you if you did vote for them.

I was saying Honda should be praised for getting 1 point, but as you say after what has been a disaster year fro the team, both cars made it to the flag and they even made a point... it is a boost the team need and should hopefully give them something to build on... in that context I thought they deserved a mention...



I should also point out that I actually didn't give them a vote... <thumbsup>
