Anyone ever had them?
Can you buy them or do you have to make them yourself?

I've had them in an Italian Restaurant as a starter with a BBQ-esque sauce. <dinner>

I've never seen any in the supermarkets so I would presume you have to do it yourself.

1 lb mozzarella cheese, cut into bite sized cubes
2 cups olive oil
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
1 teaspoon oregano flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons dried chili pepper flakes

I've had 'mature cheddar' cubes, you get a knife and cut the slab into cubes. If I can do it...:D
