Carroll Takes Home Win <clap> <clap> <yahoo> <clap> <clap>
A brilliant drive by Carroll for the win; yet more bad luck for Glock. Conway did well to finish fourth, too, so all in all a good day for the home drivers.

Yeah he did well for a sub! I don't know what happened to Maldonado when Adam Carroll took the lead, Eurosport reckoned it was like a missed gear which of course it couldn't have been.
Still I'm not complaining. If only Carroll had been in since the start..

<clap> <yahoo> Well come Adam Carroll. Managed in two race weekends what Pizzonia couldn't do all season

Well done to Adam Carroll, a great race to watch for the home crowd. Carroll's team should keep him and not allow pizzonia(spelling?) back.

Timo Glock is having a nightmare time at the minute. He crashed into his team-mate off the line last weekend in France, and scored a double DNF this weekend in Britain.
Maybe his home crowd next time round at the Nurburgring is what he needs to regain his momentum
safc_fan89 - July 8, 2007 04:13 PM (GMT)
Is he still in the lead overall?
Paul_Murtagh - July 8, 2007 04:29 PM (GMT)
Nope he's now 4 points behind Luca Fillipi
safc_fan89 - July 8, 2007 04:31 PM (GMT)
Ok. I still don't think there are any future F1 stars on the current GP2 grid.
Paul_Murtagh - July 8, 2007 04:34 PM (GMT)
Sorry he's actually still leading by 2 points <doh>
I agree with you Chris. There was alot more potential talent in the previous 2 years compared to this season
