Title: Britain - Driver of the race

Just the usual drill - you can choose upto 5 drivers as your drivers of the day

Raikkonen - another good win

Alonso - drove a better race than Hamilton and looked good throughout the weekend

Massa - Good recovery. Some will say he should have done better but I guess the main culprit has left...

Kubica - again outperformed Heidfeld over the weekend. This is becoming a regular occurrence now...

Kimi and Massa equal first. The stale was not Massa's doing and Ferrari have so far not identified the fault.
Kimi is wide awake and will hopefully make me eat my hat after the comments i made about him.

Alonso, Raikkonen, Kubica. Three great drives from these guys, and all deserved to finish where they did.

Alonso, Massa, Raikkonen, Kubica and Barrichello.

The first four would be in contention for my DoD award, Barrichello gets an honourable mention for doing a good job with a dog of a car.

I've only chosen one - Massa.

His drive was simply awesome.

Can I vote Hamilton for "Clot of the race"?

Can I vote Hamilton for "Clot of the race"?

Course you can!

Fernando and Massa.

Kimi did a good job, but ultimately finished the GP with the fastest car by some .5 per lap just 2 seconds ahead. He started ahead of Fernando in a faster car, and finished ahead in a faster car. The "amazing laps" that he put in came about when he was in totally clean air, whereas Alonso had to go past backmarkers.

Massa, on the other hand was amazing. Obviously, he also had the fastest car, but he did something very special with it that I don't think Kimi could have done, (going by recent performances from Kimi when needing to make up places. Kimi tends to just sit there and cruise rather than dare to attempt to overtake). Alonso put in an awesome performance to keep anywhere near the Ferrari.
