The pictures are excellent Slammer, but I really love the "subject" of those pics as my new sig testifies.

We had a street race in New Orleans for 3 years (early 90's) that featured Camel GT's and Camel Lites. I also attended races at Watkins Glen and Laguna Seca in those years. I was a Can-Am fan back in the day.

Like the sig Flood <thumbsup> ,also enjoyed the Can-Am's when they regularly raced at Silverstone in the mid-eighties <cool> by the likes of John Brindley,John Foulston,Ted Williams to name a few

Nice pics, dude. Brought back some happy memories of a great weekend. Mark Sumpter's 962C which Aaron Hsu campaigned last year is mighty. Fastest historic race car in the world at the moment?

Speaking of Can-Am, a lot of those guys used to race in Thundersports, using single-seat era Can-Am cars. John Foulston used to race one of these - http://www.oldracingcars.com/can-am/lola/t530.htm

I wasn't old enough to see them in period, but I have seen Nick Whale driving one at the Goodwood FoS some years ago, they're monstrous!
