Title: Best Graphics

With FOM adding new graphics all the time since the change in 2004, such as G-forces, throttle and brake and speedometer, which of the official F1 grahpics do you prefer?

Personally I preferred the 1994-2003 graphics with the big yellow numbers - you didn't have to squint to see what the graphic said!

I like the current ones, actually.

By the way, Paul - I corrected the spelling in the thread title, because it was annoying me!

<doh> Never even noticed it until it was pointed out

Current ones would be great if they could continue to show the classification throughout the race. They always stop after the first round of stops or so.

I'm with you on that one. DTM can do it down the side of the screen, ChampCar and IndyCar manage to do it across the top of the screen, so why can't F1 follow suit and display even the top 16 throughout the race like they do during quali?

At the end of the first sector, first lap and so on the running order is indicated down the side of the screen. Why can't they do that for the whole race? I agree that sometimes it's difficult to keep abreast of the running order with the graphics we are given - it's especially confusing when the screen suddenly tells you that Liuzzi is running in fifth place, only for you to eventually notice that he actually had the fifth highest "Apex Speed at Turn 12," or whatever.
