Well, now we've got the correct month sorted out - I'm at Curborough on Saturday for a BARC Midlands sprint. Sunday will be spent doing the usual spot of light dusting around the house.

A weekend "Off" for me!

Today (So Far) I have put up a new shower riser and accessories - then realised that the shower unit has a leak, so will need replacing! <doh>

I have replaced the sockets in the kitchen with new ones after chiselling out have the walls to allow me to have them flush!

Tomorrow, will fill in the holes in kitchen and pop over to Argos for new shower.
I have some new skirting board for the kitchen as well that needs affixing!

Sunday/Monday will be preparing for tiling and paintwork.

Tomorrow it's front row of the south stand at Twickers for me at the England v France game.

Then Sunday a small number of Thruxton marshals are attending the Ferrari funday at Highclere Castle, near Newbury. We will be marshalling the owner driver laps throughout the day, while they show off their exotica.

Thought the F3/GT weekend was rather lacklustre,my lustre has never been so lacking <LOL>
Seemed to be procession after procession,F3 particularly <whistle>
....didn't think that having the Safety car join the track at the pit entrance in the first F3 race was wise,considering the SC boards/flags began at the startline <blink>
Ginetta's tried their best I guess <clap>

It was just the time delay <mad> ,got there prompt for 07.30 and had to wait till 07.55 for the sign on sheets,programs, etc to arrive
Don't know all the details as to why.....didn't get a breakfast voucher either <no>

What were your thoughts on the safety car for the first F3 race ?

Slightly confused. In the end when the cars came through Luffield with the safety car sitting in front of me I got the yellow and the SC board out.

Flagging at Luffield in on my own,(as were the majority of posts,from what I could see )
Couldn't believe the safety car was deployed before the startline <yikes> ,glad you decided to take the initiative <thumbsup>

Perhaps it was a response to the BH incident. In retrospect I think I probably should have put my board out earlier.
