Why can't you have Car 0 in rallying if you can have it in F1?
The three saftey cars are numbered 000, 00, and 0. 0 is the final car to sweep the stages before hand and unlike 000 and 00 (ARGH!) is a fully rally prepped car, driven at competition speeds. it is also logged on the timing system as a competitor would be. So you can't have a competitor with the number 0.
