When the 'full' version hits £250 or less, I might be vaguely interested...

Think I'll pass.
Just looked at the £299 PS3. So, only 2 USB ports, no card reader and only 40GB hard drive.
Still tempting <think>

Thing is, I've got a USB splitter, and a USB card reader so don't need to worry about them. It's the 40GB that's the issue..... Can you upgrade it? Do you need 80GB? <think>

I purposely have avoided all game consoles, though i limit myself to a PC game once a year.
Not because I disagree with them, or don't like the fact the best games cost a lot, it’s because I would get hooked on the games and find myself playing them for hours whilst life passes me by.
Even though i am no teenager, i have loved video games from when i was young from space invaders to GTA san andreas. They are like a drink problem so i limit there use.
When the day comes that I might get shipped off to the nursing home, maybe by then entire wall TV screens will be sold by the roll at B and Q, and the games will be 3D or even holographic.
I would reach 100 years old and not even know it as I conquer worlds or play GTA edition 255.
<roflmao>
