I went for Toyota's. It takes someone special to do so badly with so much money at your disposal.

Has to be Mario Almondo for me.
Ross Brawn is a massive hole to fill and to keep Ferrari as a title winning team is a great acheivement.
I actually thought the technical director of the Ferrari team was someone else but according to my sources its Almondo so there you go.

I went for Gascoyne as he did a good job to get Spyker fairly competitive this year. Although in terms of positions it wasn't much different to Midland and the later years of Jordan, Spyker were generally about 2-2.5 seconds a lap off the pace which was actually quite respectable.
