Title: Technical Turkey of the Year Award
flood1 - October 27, 2007 03:34 PM (GMT)
Which of these teams produced the most technical piece of crap in F1 for 2007.
The STIG - October 27, 2007 05:11 PM (GMT)
well I'd vote for Honda... but I'd like to keep my options open(!)
Red Andy - October 27, 2007 11:11 PM (GMT)
No option for "All of the above?" <think>

Okay, I see the results are pretty close at this point, so I encourage all of you to get involved. Please contribute your input on this subject. Some may think that this is unimportant, but we are choosing the worst car, team, pit strategy, technical support, and team management in one poll.
Please, consider your choice carefully. There are careers at stake here.

In an effort to be truthful and functionally transparent, I must admit that I chose Honda. That may surprise many of you, but that's my best assessment. It may not be fair, but it is honest.
I apoligize to those who do not agree with my choice.

Difficult not to choose Honda. They appear to have designed a car for some as yet unspecified formula. Maybe they won WCC in that formula and the WDC as well.
But for F1 as we understand it they lost the plot entir <sarcasm> ely

Very close this year, but after a long thought I went for Honda

Flood, do you think it is fair on the other teams to associate Honda with the word 'technical'?

Well, SAFC, you are probably right, but what is fair in F1?
Norbert - October 28, 2007 04:38 PM (GMT)
Technically the Honda was an F1 car, but actually it was a steaming turd.
Red Andy - October 28, 2007 04:43 PM (GMT)
I imagine the Honda wind tunnel technician who forgot to tie the car down properly, thus putting the tunnel out of action for a couple of months isn't a very popular figure around Brackley these days.

If only Nick Fry had bought those documents off Stepney and Coughlan. Maybe since they were technical, he just did not understand them <dunce>

For my sins I am a JB and Honda fan but what did they do to get the 2007 'car' so bad
also I wonder whats in the contract with Honda sister team....
given them parts so they do not work or even dangers so Honda gets more points then them etc
